- Something is happening in Eggenberger Feld Süd: The Allershausen municipal council awarded various planning orders for the five-group kindergarten planned there on Tuesday.

In addition, resolutions were passed on the statements received on the amendment to the development plan approved in September 2021.

For five trades you need specialist planners in order not only to be able to build the planned kindergarten in Eggenberger Feld Süd, but also to receive subsidies from the Free State.

And so on Tuesday, after evaluating the offers, the following five orders were awarded: The engineering firm Merz Kley & Partner from Heilbronn, which specializes in wooden structures and had submitted the most economical offer at around 122,000 euros, is responsible for the statics. The planning for heating, ventilation and plumbing lies with the office of HPE Hofmann Autovermietung GmbH from Johanniskirchen at a price of around 80,000 euros, the landscape planning went to the Einödshofer Landschaftsarchitekt urban planner from Scheyern for 82,500 euros, and everything that relates to building physics, is the business of the engineering office Horstmann + Berger from Altensteig, which was awarded the contract for a little more than 24,000 euros. The result of the tender for the specialist electrical planning was astonishing. Two out of three offers on the cent were the same: 72,429.22 euros.The HPE office was awarded the contract.

And then on Tuesday it was still about the statements that had been received in the course of the renewed interpretation of the B-Plan. The design had become necessary because the development plan in the western area had been changed in such a way that an improved protective effect against ambient immissions was achieved and a coherent "green belt" on the western edge of the area could be ensured. The opinion of Section 41 (Contaminated Sites) of the District Office was not new, but relevant: The planning area is 1.48 hectares in size, which, in terms of careful use of land in Bavaria and the size of the municipality of Allershausen, more than doubles of the recommended annual land consumption of 0.69 hectares.

The municipality's statement on this was quite clear: the last time the land use plan was changed in 2019, large-scale re-designation of building areas was avoided, it is said.

The "Eggenberger Feld Süd" building area represents the largest structural development measure in the Allershausen municipality in recent years, and the realization will take several years.

"It can therefore be assumed that on average the guideline values ​​for annual surface sealing in the municipal area will be adhered to," is the proposed resolution.

And so the amended version of the development plan could be adopted as a statute.
