On Tuesday around 10.30 a.m., employees of the S-Bahn inspection service checked a 31-year-old Romanian in an S4 between Fürstenfeldbruck and Eichenau. This did not have a ticket and refused to give personal details, as reported by the federal police. At the Eichenau stop he left the train with the railway workers. While waiting for the alerted federal police, the 31-year-old resident insulted and threatened the two inspectors. He also expressed seditious and violent views. Among other things, he stated: "Migrants should return to their home countries ... he would like to kill them ... rape them," quoted the federal police.
The informed public prosecutor Munich I ordered a judge examination for today.
