The Police carried out a search decree delegated by Alberto Nobili, coordinator of the district Anti-terrorism section of the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office against a 19-year-old Milanese, under investigation for instigation to commit a crime aggravated by electronic means.

Through social media the boy, since last summer, had become the reference point for No Vax, conceiving and launching the parade from Piazza Fontana on Saturday afternoon for the first time.

The young man had already been denounced for having taken part in unannounced No Green Pass initiatives and since last September he has been subjected to urban daspo by the Milan police commissioner Giuseppe Petronzi and has no longer participated in the Saturday demonstrations. On November 20, the nineteen year old launched a national mobilization on social networks for next Saturday November 27 in Piazza Duomo, claiming that a million people would take part and urging the participants to bring and light stadium torches. Thus, according to the investigators, it would have created "a situation of information intoxication, disorienting the demonstrators themselves, sometimes perhaps not aware of following the indications of a malevolent and virtual organizer".

From the analysis of the telephone of the 19-year-old creator of the No green pass parades on Saturday in Milan, the police discovered that the suspect

sent via Telegram files containing about a thousand green passes in the name of as many people. The young man admitted that he downloaded them from the net and distributed them for free to as many users as possible

. He was then also denounced for receiving stolen goods, with two other recipients of the files containing the Green Passes and subjected to a search and seizure of telephones.

The young man searched by police officers because he was considered the promoter of the No Green pass marches on Saturdays in Milan for investigators, has from the beginning assumed a strategic importance in the protest campaign as administrator of the Telegram chat "No Green-pass! Now Enough! Italian Movement "and of the Facebook group" No Green Pass Now Enough !! Part 2 ", to which 32 thousand users are subscribed. Yesterday he released some posts in which he began to promote an international demonstration, again against the requirement of a health passport, in Geneva (Switzerland) on December 31st. During the search of the 19-year-old, a hatchet and a knife were also seized inside a backpack equipped with various survival kits and a brass knuckle. The policemen also withdrew, as a precaution, two weapons regularly reported by the young man who is the holder of the license to carry firearms for sporting use. The Milan Police Headquarters explained that, following the investigations into the No Green pass demonstration not forewarned last Saturday - during which two demonstrators were reported, 31 removal orders issued and 49 administrative penalties imposed for the occupation of urban areas - will be issued further sanctions to the 257 citizens identified by the State Police in Piazza Fontana and Piazza Duomo. "The identification activity, which is not an end in itself procedure - underlines the Police Headquarters - is aimed, in fact,to attribute responsibility for conduct in the streets for the related and subsequent administrative and criminal disputes that may be recognized by the State Police and by the Judicial Authority ".
