Slovakian President Zuzana Caputova has warned of the worsening health conditions in the country due to the rapid spread of the Corona virus, calling for the declaration of a state of general closure, with the number of infections increasing dramatically.
In a speech last night, Caputova indicated that this measure is not popular, but it is absolutely necessary, warning that "the current situation in the country is bad, as Slovakia is now losing its battle with the virus, after it has now become the first in the world in terms of the number of infected people for each one million population".
And 6,739 new cases of corona were recorded yesterday, while 66 people died, bringing the total deaths so far to 13985 cases, while the total number of injuries reached 621,423 injuries.
