The testimony of state witness Nir Hefetz was renewed today (Wednesday) for the third day.

Hefetz is considered the most important prosecution witness related to all of Netanyahu's cases.

The family's soda man, who talks about making decisions from within.

While previous witnesses talked about the outcome, an object could reveal the motives.

The State Attorney's Office hopes to prove Netanyahu's bribe awareness of give and take: Give - in terms of the regulation to Bezeq and Take in terms of the fan coverage he is alleged to have received from Walla.

Correspondence from July 1, 2015 was displayed on the screen in the Jerusalem courtroom: WhatsApp Malowitz's message for salvation: "I received a special request. Since this morning, the public has responded to Prime Minister Netanyahu's request to offer names and ideas for staffing the reserved seats on the Likud's list for the Knesset. Natan Sharansky, Shlomo Maoz, Guy Bechor, Ben Dror Yemini, Mordechai Keidar, Avri Gilad, Tal Brody, Roni Daniel, Zvi Yehezkeli, Didi Harari, Yoram Gaon, Carolyn Glick, Prof. Ruth Gavison, Orna Barbibai, Haim Amsalem, Nitzana Darshan Leitner, Rabbi Firer, Miriam Peretz and more. " It can also be seen that the WhatsApp message was sent from Nir Hefetz.

The witness was then asked questions about the WhatsApp and messages in the courtroom, and things from the interrogation were read to him.

In response, attorney Jacques Chen, who represents the Elovich family, objected to the question and as a result, Hefetz was removed from the courtroom.

Advocate Amir Tabenkin of the State Attorney's Office announced at the beginning of the hearing that for the purpose of this part of the investigation he will request to submit to the court the file of the witness's correspondence with Ilan Yeshua, and the output of Mr. Yeshua's correspondence with Mr. Elowitz as presented to the witness during his interrogations.

This is the only output that was presented forever in the investigations, we will also present the correspondence with Elovich that appears in this file.

Advocate Amir Tabenkin, the prosecution's representative investigating Hefetz, said: "In the green marking he was asked to indicate what you sent to the friendly media and in yellow what I sent only to Walla." Hefetz replied that "the ability to know what the file should be taken is limited." The plaintiff replied to the object that "there are places in the file that have a manuscript on them."

Prosecutor Adv. Amir Tabenkin explained at the hearing yesterday when he referred to the instructions Netanyahu gave to the object: "This affects Netanyahu's awareness ... the instruction to the witness to go and do things.

There is circumstantial weight on the mood of Defendant 1 (Netanyahu) and the circle of those close to him, "and in other cases based on events attributed to Sarah or Yair Netanyahu.

But the judges were not impressed and criticized the prosecution: "Mrs. Netanyahu is not charged. How are these things relevant?"

Judge Bar-Am added: "By virtue of what? By virtue of the marital family connection? He is in a relationship with his wife, so if his wife knows he also knows?"

The defense raised allegations against the conduct of the court in this and previous hearings.

At one point, Shaul Alovich's defense attorney, Advocate Jacques Chen, shouted at the judges in a rather unusual way. For all that was said in the interrogation in the same context. Beyond that, they were not allowed to demand the same thing in the investigation of Hefetz's claim. Instead, the judges asked the defense to bring things up in the cross-examination, and their objections were rejected one after another.

"Yair waved a printed page"

Hefetz testified yesterday about a series of appointments at Walla that required Netanyahu's approval, such as Aviram Elad or Eran Tiefenbrunn, as well as opinion columnists.

Earlier, he explained his son Yair's involvement in making the decisions that made it difficult for Ruth to be covered by the media:

He later described one of the incidents in question: "I was sitting in his study in Balfour, and then Yair came in and waved a printed page of an article in Walla and said, 'After everything you did for Elowitz, look what they're publishing.'"

In another incident, Hefetz referred to Gidi Weitz's publication in Haaretz: "This is the first time someone has raised the positive coverage thesis as a bribe. I thought it was an illusory thesis. Netanyahu grinned at the thesis, dismissed it with a wave of his hand and said, 'What are you wondering? "I estimate that Netanyahu's response was authentic."
