German media reported today (Wednesday) the completion of the coalition train between the Social Democratic Party led by Olaf Schultz, the Green Party and the Free Democrats.
The outgoing Christian Democrat party of German Chancellor Angela Merkel will remain in opposition.
The composition of the apparent government is not clear since the coalition negotiations took place in complete secrecy.

Schultz, a former ally of Merkel and a coalition partner in her last government, will take over as chancellor next month - ending two decades of right-wing rule in Germany.
