Indersdorf - This year there are two wishing trees in the Indersdorf town hall for the first time.
Starting next Friday, a wooden tree with wishing balls will be set up over the run-up to Christmas.
People in need from the community and the district of Dachau can decorate the Christmas tree with personal wishes.
During the campaign, great importance is attached to ensuring that the anonymity of those in need is preserved.
Therefore, only the first name, age and wish are noted on the balls.
This year, on Friday, the Christmas tree in the town hall will also be decorated with wishing balls for people in need from the Ahr valley.
If you would like to fulfill a wish worth up to around 25 euros, you can choose a ball.
The dream trees are in the town hall foyer and can be reached at the following times: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and on Thursdays from 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Access is possible through the back entrance.
The parcel should be handed in by Wednesday, December 15 at the latest, at the town hall's citizens' office or at the Due company, Augustinerring 2, in Indersdorf during opening hours.
Mayor Franz Obesser will hand over the lovingly wrapped gifts to those in need.
