Dr. Ilan Shapiro, a member of the National Hispanic Medical Association, recommends vaccinating children between the ages of 5 and 11 against covid-19.
The pediatrician says that the vaccines are safe and do not cause major side effects in children.
In addition, Shapiro says that by 2022 the next vaccination group is expected to be children between the ages of 2 and 5.
