The Russian health authorities in Russia announced the registration of 33,796 new cases of the emerging coronavirus, including 3,349 cases in the capital, Moscow.
The operations room for combating the epidemic reported in its daily report that 1,238 new deaths were recorded and 38,450 people recovered during the past 24 hours.
The report stated that the total number of HIV infections in the country reached 9,468,189, of whom 2,69,057 died and 8,164,826 cases recovered.
