A medical assistant was indicted and placed under judicial supervision, Thursday, November 25 in Besançon, prosecuted for rape and sexual assault on two patients who thought they were being taken care of by his dermatologist brother, the prosecutor said.

The man, who performed laser hair removal in his brother's medical office, categorically contested the accusations of rape and sexual assault committed during treatment of the bikini line and the interlocking groove, said prosecutor Étienne Manteaux. .
Two patients lodged a complaint in October and an investigation was opened and entrusted to the departmental security of the Besançon police station, added the magistrate, confirming information from L'Est Républicain.

His doctor brother was briefly taken into custody at the start of the investigation, before being quickly exonerated.
