Memmingen / Unterallgäu - To promote the Christmas business and to present the timetable improvements to the citizens as part of the harmonization concept, there is a free bus service in the city of Memmingen on the four Saturdays in Advent.
“With this we have created the possibility for citizens to get to the city center by bus on the four Saturdays free of charge and for them to get to know the improvements in local public transport for themselves,” says Mayor Manfred Schilder happily.
On the Saturdays of Advent (November 27, December 4, 11 and 18), as in the previous year, the free journeys are offered; these are valid on all city and regional transport lines in the city area.
This means that citizens from all parts of the town can take the bus to the city center free of charge.
The municipalities of Trunkelsberg and Memmingerberg also take part in this offer and enable free journeys on these four days.

The cost of the tickets will be borne by the city of Memmingen and the municipalities of Trunkelsberg and Memmingerberg.
The entire regulation is subject to the proviso that no conflicting restrictive regulations are issued due to the Corona measures.
