A spiral staircase has been installed that leads to the attic.

In addition, parquet floors have not been laid properly and the electrical system does not meet the specified standards.

The tenant, who had lived there for ten years, received 30,000 euros from the municipality in order to make the apartment habitable for himself.

Now the community has to renovate and dismantle some things in order to be able to rent out the property.

The cost of the renovation is estimated at 125,000 euros.

For the dismantling, another 20,000 euros will probably be due.

Lutz Rosenbaum (CSU / DG) asked to see the acceptance protocol from that time.

At the beginning there was an insertable staircase, not a spiral staircase like now.

Hardy Richard (CSU / DG) suggested hiring a lawyer.

This should check whether it is a case of recourse.

Mayor Norbert Riepl (CSU / DG) thought that was difficult: “The burden of proof lies with us.” But they will look for the minutes.

Mario Küpper (DG / CSU) wanted to hold on to subletting - despite high renovation costs.

After all, it is about 100 square meters of living space, even 160 with the upper floor. Riepl said that the investment is planned “in due time”.

But for the time being, the building yard will get storage space and a lounge there.

Planning costs may be provided for 2022.
