But behind the creation of this preparatory pseudo-class was Samy, 22, sentenced last January for a previous scam.
In 2019, he had set up a school support company, but the project had collapsed and he had been given a "ban to manage".
However, since July, “
several dozen people
” have filed a complaint for “fraud” against his new company, “Hippocrate France”, explains Me Maxime Delacarte, the plaintiff's lawyer.
They feel aggrieved by a sum that can range from 5,000 to 15,000 euros, explaining that they have never been able to attend the courses offered by "Hippocrate France".
Faced with these complaints, on November 10, Samy was again indicted for "fraud", "hidden work" and "violation of the prohibition to manage", according to information from the

Placed in pre-trial detention, he demanded his release.

. Other elements completed the confidence of parents: "Hippocrate France" regularly sent emails with the calendar of available courses and the list of names of regional directors, adds the daily.
At the end of October, a judicial investigation, entrusted to the brigade for the repression of astute delinquency (BRDA) of the judicial police, had been opened by the Paris prosecutor's office.
The ongoing investigation should determine if Samy acted alone, if he had accomplices, and if he himself was not manipulated.
