Based on a compilation of guides and food critics, La List puts Guy Savoy's three-star restaurant at the Monnaie de Paris at the top of the list, where you can taste his signature artichoke soup with black truffle and brioche. mushroom puff pastry.

The Scandinavian boom
The Nordics also dominate the ranking: the Swede Björn Frantzén who is anchored in the top with his restaurant Frantzén in Stockholm (at the 2nd level with seven other establishments, 5th in the ranking) and his Zen restaurant in Singapore (level 6 , place 47).
The Danish restaurant Geranium led by chef Rasmus Kofoed also climbs up the rankings, positioning itself at level 7, place 74.
For this trend, La List created in 2015 at the instigation of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a response to the 50 Best, is on the same wavelength as its influential British competitor, who is accused of snubbing the French chefs regularly absent from the top 10.
