The facts in her office.

The serious allegations against the senior director and the fact that the facts were summoned to a pre-dismissal hearing after raising their allegations to Haifa Municipality Director Ohad Segev come up in a letter sent on Wednesday by Haifa Municipality Workers Chairman Ido Amnon to Mayor Segev and reached Israel today.

In a letter, copies of which were also sent to the chairman of the Workers' Union, Arnon Bar-David and other senior officials, the chairman of the Haifa Municipality Committee details the acts of violence and abuse allegedly perpetrated by the senior director against some of the workers in the department. In the offices of the department when the senior manager prevented one of the employees in the department from accessing the office of the workers' committee and locked the door of her office from outside when the employee was in the office and could not leave.

Moreover, according to the chairman of the workers' committee, the director general of the municipality, Segev, conducted a "brief and superficial inquiry" with the senior manager instead of finding out the details in depth regarding the serious allegations raised in the letter.

The Haifa municipality said: "This will not be the first time and probably not the last time that the workers' committee issues a" serious "letter which has nothing to do with reality. ".
