Heavy disaster in Russia:
52 people were killed today (Thursday) in the collapse of a coal mine in the Kamarovo region of eastern Russia, the local news agency Tas announced, after the chances of finding survivors in the incident were zero.
It was further reported that no survivors were found in the heavy disaster and that nine of the dead are rescuers who tried to reach the collapsed shaft and save the lives of the miners.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has addressed the heavy disaster and sent his condolences to the families of those killed and residents of the province.
The city of Kozbas is the capital of the province of Kemerovo and the mine is located near the city.
The governor of Kozbas, Sergei Tsibilev, declared three days of mourning in the district for the dead miners between 26 and 28 November.
He also met with relatives of the miners whose bodies were buried in the mine.
