Police today (Thursday) arrested a Tel Aviv resident, Raam Aviv, on suspicion of committing sexual offenses against minors, and are requesting the assistance of the public who identifies the suspect for the purpose of locating additional complainants.
Police opened an undercover investigation about two weeks ago upon receiving a complaint on suspicion of committing serious sexual offenses on a minor, including an act of sodomy for the past four years when the victim was 12 and to this day.
According to the suspicion, the investigators revealed that the suspect has in his possession documentation for other incidents in which he allegedly commits sexual offenses against other minors who have not yet been identified.
