Most of you probably do not watch the most correct series on television, because it is broadcast on "Apple TV", the streaming service is not the most powerful in Israel.

For those who missed it, The Morning Show is about a couple of successful US morning show presenters who have been working together for 15 years. One morning, two hours before the broadcast, Alex Levy (Aniston) discovers that Mitch Kessler, the presenter next to her, is suspected of sexual harassment. He's fired immediately, and the one who stands out as his replacement is a diligent field reporter (Reese Witherspoon). But the most interesting stories take place behind the scenes, and also leak out.

More than four years have passed since the important MeToo movement burst into our lives, and the "Morning Show" manages to explain exactly the complexity of sexual harassment in the industry and present it from every angle.

The revered and charismatic facilitator, who imposes himself on the facts;

The waitress next to him, who falls under his spell but insists on maintaining the value and moral image;

His betrayed wife;

The production assistant who paid with her life;

The senior editor debating whether to be exposed;

And the principals, who are willing to do anything to silence the affair.

There have already been several cases of serious and less serious sexual harassment in Israel.

Among the troublemakers are some who have finished their work and future in the field, some have fled the country, and some have managed to get out of it somehow, but forever will walk around with a sign of disgrace over their heads.

In the series we find that none of us know how to really deal with sexual harassment, and the bottom line is that there is no bottom line, and probably never will be.

In the second season of "Morning Show," Alex returns to the role of presenter with the exaggerated etiquette, and the creators seem to be hinting to us that they are beginning to gently address the issue of abuse of talents and managers in employees.

This issue has recently surfaced in Israel as well, but not enough.

That too will change soon.

It will be interesting to see how the series is treated with great talent, and what the differences are between the treatment of a troubled man and the treatment of a woman who abuses women.

In order not to get caught with the pants down, every company should publish clear rules of allowed and forbidden.

Each body should determine how to act in the event of harassment, and act immediately.

If I were a TV manager, I would probably send a package of the "morning show" to each of the employees.

And if there is one thing we have learned in the series, it is that in the end, all the shit floats.
