This coming Shabbat we will read in the synagogue the Parshas Vayeshev where the Torah tells us how "Ya'akov lived in the land where his father lived." Admor Rabbi Pinto, head of the fathers of courts in Morocco, explains that learning provision for a man who had the many Torah and mitzvot - winner of abundance and blessing in this world too.
So said Rabbi Pinto rate:
said our holy Jacob sat in my own country his father where he asked Gd " To sit peacefully, sought a livelihood of success, peace and quiet. It should be difficult for Yaakov Avinu to do his part and make two worlds between them, Esav took this world and Yaakov Avinu took the next world, so by what right did Yaakov Avinu ask for this world, then it belongs to Esav?
But it is possible to clarify and say, Rashi says on the verse "And the soul that they did in Haran" (Genesis 12: 5) that Abraham would convert the men and Sarah would convert the women, and Isaac would also convert men. In this world there is no reward in this world, the reward is in the next world.
How do we get rich?

And so it is said of Rabbi Yoel of Satmar that whenever there was difficulty or pressure in the livelihood of the yeshiva, he would tell the students to go out to battle people in repentance, to go out to win people in the mitzvos.
By entitling people to the mitzvos they gain both a livelihood and a reward for this world.
And Jacob our father did so "And Jacob dwelt in the land of his father's dwelling," Jacob did as his father converted, and in converting people and bringing people in repentance he asked Gd even though I do not deserve a reward for the next world, but in converting people and bringing people I deserve a reward in this world too.
And this is a great foundation, a person who sees that the state of his livelihood is difficult and has uncomfortable things in this world, will win people the mitzvos and by crediting them he gains abundance and success in this world as well.
