This time Miller adds beets that not only give it a beautiful color but also a sweet, powerful and deep flavor like only beets can give.

1 cup chickpeas for making Yachin's fine chickpeas
1 box of celery cubes of yachin
½ Raw curd
1 lemon
Ice water
Olive oil
parsley

Preparation
How to make beet hummus?
1 In a food processor, grind Yachin beetroot cubes together with the chickpeas to make a cream.
Add the raw tahini and lemon juice and grind.
2 Add ice water if necessary, for a smooth and oval chickpea cream with a texture you like.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley leaves.
