    • 1 cup chickpeas for making Yachin's fine chickpeas

    • 1 box of celery cubes of yachin

    • ½ Raw curd

    • 1 lemon

    • Ice water

    • Olive oil

    • parsley

    • Salt

Preparation

How to make beet hummus?

  • 1 In a food processor, grind Yachin beetroot cubes together with the chickpeas to make a cream.

    Add the raw tahini and lemon juice and grind.

  • 2 Add ice water if necessary, for a smooth and oval chickpea cream with a texture you like.

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley leaves.
