The 18-year-old swimmer with an unforgettable performance in the last ISL playoff competition before the grand final

Israeli swimmer Anastasia Gurbanko tonight (Thursday) opened her participation in the ISL's last playoff competition before the grand final, and she did so with an unforgettable performance in Eindhoven.

Gurbanko broke two Israeli records in the backstroke, out of five strokes to which she jumped in about an hour and a half, the hardest stroke we have seen this season for any swimmer in the league, caused by many deficiencies in her team Los Angeles Carnet.

It started from the 200 backstroke, when the Israeli set a time of 2: 05.36 minutes and broke the previous record that belonged to Aviv Barzali by more than a second and a half and stood at 2: 06.97, on the way to sixth place overall.

She recorded the second record in the competition in her last jump into the water, in the 100 backstroke as the first in the mission.

She swam 57.49 seconds and improved by almost a second her record from last year which stood at 58.34 seconds.

In between, she jumped three more times - on a free 4X100 mission she was a partner in LA's third place with an intermediate time of 52.63 seconds, a few minutes later she jumped to 50 breasts and came in second place with 29.68 seconds, only 15 hundredths of the Israeli record.

Also in the 50 backstroke she was very close to the Israeli record with 26.69 seconds, only 6 hundredths of the record and eighth place in the ointment.

At the end of the first day of competitions LA is ranked third, behind London Roar and Energy Standard.
