The aim is to strengthen the health system and the forces that are already deployed.
The personal situation is now very tense in all Kempten care facilities and for people with disabilities, as is the case with the outpatient care services.
The city of Kempten's appeal is aimed primarily at all citizens who have medical or nursing expertise.
We are looking for people who have completed training in the nursing or health sector, who are already in partial retirement or retirement, on parental leave, in college or in training or who have currently taken a "break" for other reasons.
Likewise, people with experience in the health and care sector (e.g. many years of care experience) can register as nursing assistants in the pool.
