The demand for vaccinations in the Fürstenfeldbruck district continues unabated.

The vaccination center has therefore already extended its opening hours to seven days a week and is also carrying out several mobile vaccination campaigns.

Fürstenfeldbruck - In the next few days, more than 5000 vaccinations per week will probably have been carried out by the vaccination center. In order to be able to meet the request for a timely vaccination, the opening times are also being extended, reports the district office. From November 26th, the vaccination center will be open every Friday until 10 p.m. The additional appointments can now be booked at www.impfzentren.bayern. This is made possible not only by the continued high level of willingness to perform on the part of the staff, but also by additional forces from the Bundeswehr. As part of a possible request for assistance in the event of a disaster, ten soldiers from the Bundeswehr are available for support every working day.

The medical director, Dr. Matthias Skrzypczak, welcomed the new forces under the leadership of Sergeant Ritter. In the next few days, one woman and nine men would be working independently. Among other things, they made possible the large mobile vaccination missions in Germering, Eichenau and Olching. The cooperation with the aid organizations in the district as well as the proven support from the technical relief organization THW would be further expanded in the coming weeks. Dr. Skrzypczak: “Even before the disaster, the cooperation and communication between the authorities and aid organizations in the district was very good. Now everyone is working together perfectly again. Ultimately, this benefits all the citizens of the district who are urgently waiting for a vaccination. "Lena Deininger, head of the vaccination center,is very grateful for the unbureaucratic support and is looking forward to the cooperation, from which she expects a noticeable boost in the vaccination campaign.
