A 15-year-old boy was found at night (between Thursday and Friday) near the Independence Park in Jerusalem, unconscious, apparently after consuming alcohol, and in a state of hypothermia.
MDA medics and paramedics provided medical treatment and evacuated him to Shaare Zedek Hospital in the city in fair condition.
