Another intensive care patient with Covid-19 was moved from Thuringia to Lower Saxony on Friday.
According to a local dpa reporter, the woman landed in a helicopter at noon on the grounds of the St. Bernward Hospital in Hildesheim.
A clinic spokeswoman confirmed the transfer.
Hildesheim / Erfurt - On Thursday evening, the first intensive care patients with Covid-19 were brought from Thuringia to Lower Saxony on the basis of the so-called clover leaf concept.
As of Thursday, the relocation of eight Covid patients was expected in several Lower Saxony ministries.
Lower Saxony, together with Bremen, Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, forms the North Clover Leaf to help each other out in the event of bottlenecks among the federal states.
