Today, in the settlement center in the city of Al-Mayadin, the comprehensive settlement process for the people of Deir Ezzor governorate, which includes wanted civilians and fleeing military personnel, and those who have failed the mandatory and reserve services, continued.
A number of sheikhs and dignitaries of the Al-Mayadin area indicated in statements to SANA reporter that the settlement is a real opportunity for everyone whose hands are not stained with blood to return to the bosom of the homeland, inviting the people of the Syrian island to take advantage of this opportunity, join the settlement and return to their normal lives.
And the mayor of the city of Al-Mayadin, Abdul Hadi Al-Duwaihi, indicated that the move of the settlement committees to the city of Al-Mayadin facilitates the access of the people of the eastern countryside of the governorate to the settlement center and to benefit from this generous amnesty that the leadership granted to the people of the governorate to return to the bosom of their homeland without restrictions or conditions.
Ali Abdel Qader, one of the notables of the Al-Mayadin area, also called on the people of Al-Jazirah region and all those included in this settlement to join it and return to their normal lives.
A number of those whose statuses have been settled confirmed that they completed their status settlement with ease and within minutes, as Hassan Al-Abdullah explained that he had conducted the settlement process and was now able to return to his family and home in the city of Al-Mayadin, while Nafeh Al-Hussein and Hamid Al-Jassem indicated that they were behind the compulsory service and made the settlement in preparation. To join the ranks of the Syrian Arab Army, noting that the settlement procedures were carried out with ease.
The settlement process will continue in the coming days in the center of the city of Al-Mayadin, which was opened yesterday, before moving to the rest of the cities and towns of the governorate to provide an opportunity for everyone who did not have blood on their hands to join it.
