Füssen - The investigators from the Pfronten border police hit the bull's eye again: they seized six kilos of cocaine on Wednesday night on the A7.
As the police reported, the investigators had checked the 30-year-old driver shortly after 11 p.m. on the A7 in Füssen.
During the review, there were increasing indications that the man might have hidden drugs in his vehicle.
Therefore, the 30-year-old and his vehicle were brought to the office.
There the investigators then took a very close look at the car.
The police struck gold in a smuggling hiding place in the 30-year-old's car.
They discovered around six kilograms of cocaine there and secured it.
The police officers temporarily arrested the 30-year-old.
At the request of the Kempten public prosecutor's office, the man was brought before the responsible investigating judge on Wednesday to examine the question of detention.
He followed the request and issued an arrest warrant for the risk of escape.
The 30-year-old was then taken to a correctional facility.
The responsible specialist commissioner of the Kempten Criminal Investigation Department under the direction of the Kempten Public Prosecutor's Office is responsible for the further investigations.
