First he fell out of his car drunk, then his driverless car rolled into another car. Now a 63-year-old is in a lot of trouble.
Bad Tölz - A 63-year-old will have to answer for fleeing an accident - and that is only one of the offenses that he is charged with.
According to the police, the accident escape was observed on Wednesday around 7:20 p.m. in Buchener Strasse.
The 63-year-old was driving his Volvo from Vichyplatz towards Buchener Straße.
The driver falls out of the vehicle - it just keeps rolling
At the roundabout there, he took the second exit and immediately stopped at the first parking lot on the right, behind the parking Audi of a 46-year-old woman from Kiel.
The Volvo driver opened the driver's door, fell out of the vehicle and remained on the road.
Meanwhile, the car rolled against the parked Audi.
This was damaged at the stern.
After the accident, the man gets back in and drives on
In the meantime, the 63-year-old had picked himself up again.
He got into his car and drove out of town - without bothering to settle the damage.
Alkotest gives a value of over 1.4 per mille
A little later, however, the accident driver received a visit from the police at home.
His Volvo was damaged in various accidents.
An alcohol test on the man showed a value of over 1.4 per mille.
The driver can now expect a driver's license revocation and a fine for driving under the influence of alcohol and criminal proceedings for fleeing an accident.
The resulting property damage to the Audi amounts to around 2500 euros.
