The newly appointed member Wen Wenyi, a registered professional surveyor, is a member of the Support Services Development Committee of the Hospital Authority, a member of the Board of Directors of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, a former member of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and a former member of the Long Term Housing Strategy Steering Committee.

Another member, He Chaoyu, is an executive director of a listed company and the former chairman of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals.
