The man who assisted Shmuel Peleg, Eitan Biran's grandfather who survived the cable car disaster in Italy, was arrested in Cyprus on suspicion of involvement in Eitan's abduction.
This was reported today (Friday) in the Italian news agency Anesa.
According to the Italian report, the name of the detainee, Gabriel Abutbul Alon, is accused of aiding the father of Eitan Shmuel Peleg in the abduction of Eitan.
Hor was arrested on the island of Limassol in Cyprus, where he reportedly lives.

Alon was arrested by a European arrest warrant, activated by the prosecutor of Fabia Mario Vanditi and prosecutor Valentina de Stefano following the abduction of Eitan Biran, the only survivor of the tragedy.
As you may recall, two weeks ago it was reported in Italy that an international arrest warrant had been issued against the maternal grandfather, Shmuel Peleg, who was accused by his aunt of abducting little Eitan.
On September 11, Alon reportedly helped Eitan's grandfather, Shmuel Peleg, a 58-year-old former military man, abduct Eitan, after taking him during one of the planned meetings approved by Fabia's court, at Aunt Biran's house, which received custody. He has been on it since the accident on May 23. The boy was taken by car to Switzerland and from there flown to Israel in a private plane rented by Alon in the previous days for 46,000 euros.
