Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah affirmed that listing Hezbollah on terrorist lists will not affect the situation of the resistance, explaining that Lebanon is still at the heart of the battle for independence and sovereignty.
Sayyed Nasrallah made it clear in a televised speech tonight, broadcast by Al-Manar TV, that putting the resistance on the lists of terrorism will not affect the determination of the resistance or the awareness of the environments that embrace it.
Sayyed Nasrallah said, "The responsibility of all the Lebanese is to preserve their independence, as long as Lebanon is in the circle of the continuous Israeli threat. This means that we are at the center of the battle for independence and sovereignty, which we have won in many of its stages. We are confident that if we continue the path with determination and steadfastness, then we will have more victories."
Regarding the Beirut port incident, Nasrallah stated that recent judicial decisions confirm that the current judicial process regarding the matter is discretionary and will not lead to the truth, “as all data says that the judges involved in the Port of Beirut file are in the circle of accusation and suspicion.”
