The police arrived at the scene after receiving the report, but the person involved had already left the scene. However, the two closed-circuit televisions in the bar were destroyed and more than 70 alcoholic guests were present. The police found that the alcoholic had not scanned the QR code of "Travel with peace of mind". The "Limited Judgment Order" charged 73 male and female customers, including the arrest of the 42-year-old Lin Nan.

The case was classified as criminal damage and violation of the Prevention and Control of Diseases (Requirements and Instructions) (Business and Premises) Regulations (Chapter 599F) and was referred to the Sham Shui Po Police District Anti-Triad Action Team for follow-up.

They have been released on bail pending further investigation.

During the operation, the police towed away 6 private cars that caused serious congestion.
