The migration crisis in northern France took a sadly dramatic turn on Wednesday: at least 27 migrants were killed in the cold waters of the English Channel as they sought to reach the British "El Dorado". A tragedy that shakes France and the United Kingdom, now forced to act faster and more effectively to prevent this from happening again. The fight against smuggling networks, which are increasingly better equipped and organized, is a priority. But it will also be necessary for Paris and London to agree on a common strategy, rather than sending invectives by shedding responsibility for the situation.
In addition to the migratory crises, Europe is still mired in the health crisis.
In France, the government decided that the booster dose of the vaccine would be our salvation - at least that we were counting on it to stop the progression of the epidemic.
