Although a Kirchseeoner no longer has a driver's license, he was repeatedly caught on the road with various vehicles.
Now he has to be in custody longer than is due anyway.
Kirchseeon - The 55-year-old Kirchseeoner enters the courtroom with ankle shackles and taps into his chair in the Ebersberg district court with two police officers in tow.
An old friend is already waiting for the convict there: Judge Vera Hörauf, who sentenced the convicted person to several months in prison last year for turfing on the moped without a driver's license.
The Kirchseeoner is currently serving this.
At the time, the measure probably did not achieve much: just a few weeks after the verdict, the man was seen driving around outside of his property on New Year's Eve afternoon.
This time he was traveling with a 3.5-ton wheel loader.
"I only drive on my site," said the defendant with a huff and added: "And on New Year's Eve I don't do anything."

According to the neighbour's testimony, however, he clearly saw the defendant with the loader 300 meters away from his property.
The neighbor, a police officer, had often clashed with the convict: According to the defendant, the officer kept sneaking around on his property and spying on him.
The policeman said he only knew about his neighbor's missing driver's license.
The man's license had been withdrawn a long time ago due to a psychological report.
There was also a lawsuit for falsification of documents: In October 2020, the Kirchseeoner unscrewed the license plate of his approved trailer and screwed it onto a non-approved trailer.
The defendant admitted that he had exchanged the signs.
But he never drove around with it, he only parked the trailer on the street to save space.
He has meanwhile sold both trailers.

“They are with me all the time because they drive around in all kinds of vehicles,” summarized Hörauf, shaking his head.
The convict with eight previous convictions must finally realize that he is no longer allowed to drive.
Hörauf finally sentenced him to seven more months in prison.
