Change at the Arbeiterwohlfahrt (AWO): The long-time chairman Ulrich Schmetz did not stand for election at the annual general meeting after 15 years of service.
Fürstenfeldbruck - City councilor Philipp Heimerl was unanimously elected as the new chairman.
His deputy will continue to be Jochen Wagner.
The board also consists of treasurer Erika Schindler, secretary Evi Wagner and the assessors Hans Lintner, Maria Ege, Christa Kleemann and Franz Leckenwalter.
Schmetz was appointed honorary chairman by the meeting.
Long-standing members will be honored in a separate event next year.
