Al-Salam Club defeated Al-Amal Club in the refresher basketball match for wheelchairs, with a score of 63-48 points, which brought them together in the Municipal Stadium in Homs.
In a statement to SANA, the head of the Private Sports Federation, Hani Al-Waz, pointed out the importance of the refresher meetings between the clubs, as they contribute to raising the technical level of the players and increasing their experience.
Al-Waz indicated that the Federation is heading to hold a celebration of the International Day of the Disabled, which falls on the third of next month, during which it will host the Iraqi Dhi Qar wheelchair basketball team with extensive experience in this game, in addition to a number of activities in physical strength and football for the deaf.
