A weighty argument was the high level of structural effort that would have to be made to install the devices in the facilities.
Already in the October meeting, GOL market councilor Erhard Schönegge brought up the suggestion to install a central ventilation system in a "five to ten square meter extension".
At that time, however, this idea was not pursued further at the meeting, which is why Schönegge has now submitted a written request.

His proposal was "not adequately dealt with".

After Mayor Gerhard Betz had emphasized at the beginning of the meeting on Thursday that all arguments had already been exchanged and that all we had to do was vote, there was no longer any major discussion.
The system was rejected with a 7: 9 vote.
The topic of ventilation systems should now be finally off the table.
For the time being no rent for the hop hall
The second mayor and cultural advisor Rainer Klier made a strong case for the clubs and cultural workers. As in the previous year, he applied for the "suspension of the hop hall fee statute" until March 31, 2022. Reason: As it is difficult for clubs and organizers - including Narrhalla Nandlstadt - to plan events and, if at all possible, to cover their costs, the community should waive the rent for the hop hall for clubs. "We are thus supporting their efforts and balancing their increased financial risk," said Klier in his application. This was approved - to the delight of Narrhalla, who had asked the Nandlstadt community to use the hop hall free of charge with a view to Carnival 2022. Narrhalla is currently planning "with zeal the future events on appearances",as it says in the application.
