There was a similar downward trend in the rental of the town hall rooms.
They actually wanted to earn around 192,000 euros here.
In fact, it was only 79,000 euros in the end.
Because the pandemic reappeared strongly in autumn after a short break in the summer, the town hall does not expect the situation to improve: "The target cannot be achieved in the second half of the year either," writes Schmitt in its report.
