Convicts of related crimes cannot be social workers unless they have the consent of all members of the Social Workers Registration Bureau.
Di Zhiyuan pointed out that social worker registration is a professional category. Now that there are procedural offenses and unscrupulous social workers, there is no need to label the "National Security Law" in the regulations.
