Entering the end of November, the weather near the port of Japan was mild and there was no chill.
The Observatory predicts that the dry continental airflow will bring generally sunny weather to southern China in the next one or two days. The temperature in the urban area will be as high as 26 degrees Celsius next Monday (29th). Summer clothes may not need to be put away for the time being.
However, the weather may turn colder in December.
The Observatory expects that the northeast monsoon will affect the coastal areas in the middle of next week, and the weather in the area will turn cooler.
Expected to continue to be affected by the northeast monsoon, the weather along the coast of Guangdong will remain cool in the latter part of next week.
According to the observatory’s nine-day weather forecast, next Thursday (December 2) the lowest temperature will be only 14 degrees, and Taguling is expected to be 9 degrees. The public should keep warm.

At noon today (27th), the relative humidity in Hong Kong generally dropped to around 50%.
The Observatory expects the weather to be fine and dry today, with moderate winds from east to northeast, and strong winds offshore and on high ground occasionally.
Looking forward to tomorrow (28th) and next Monday (29th), the weather will be generally fine and dry during the day; the temperature is also warm, and next Monday will be between 20 and 26 degrees.
The observatory expects northerly winds to strengthen in the middle of next week and the weather will turn cooler.
Next Wednesday (December 1), it will be cool in the morning and evening, with temperatures ranging from 15 to 20 degrees. Compared with the highest temperature of 24 degrees on the previous day (30th), the overnight temperature difference is up to 9 degrees; Sha Tin, Tseung Kwan O and Sheung Shui are low. It’s 13 degrees, and Taguling is even 11 degrees.
It is expected to be very dry during the day, with a minimum relative humidity of only 35%.
The cool weather is expected to continue. Next Thursday (December 2) it will be fine, cool in the morning, and very dry during the day.
The temperature ranged from 14 to 20 degrees. In many areas of the New Territories, including Sha Tin, Sheung Shui, and Tai Po, the lowest temperature fluctuated between 11 and 12 degrees, reaching cold levels. Ta Kwu Ling was even expected to be 9 degrees.
The weather is expected to pick up slightly from next Friday (December 3). It will be sunny and dry for three consecutive days and cool in the morning; the temperature will also range from 15 to 21 degrees.

The Observatory recorded 14.3 degrees this morning, and the lowest cool weather in autumn lasted for two more days. Tomorrow, the lowest 15 degrees. The cold front on Monday, "light snow" across the Hong Kong Observatory in the early morning, is expected to drop by 23 degrees in the evening and only 16 degrees at night.
