The Hong Kong Police College held a graduation parade this morning (27th). The Commissioner of Police Xiao Zeyi will review the graduated trainee inspectors and police officers at the ceremony.

He condemned that some people had sent threatening letters to the court and legislative council candidates recently, describing the incident as sneaky and naive. The case has been submitted to the Organized and Triad Investigation Division for investigation. No details will be disclosed for the time being.
He emphasized that if people are found to have accomplices in Hong Kong, they will inevitably enforce the law strictly.
In addition, he mentioned that on the day of the Legislative Council election next month, more than 10,000 police will be deployed to ensure the safe conduct of the election, including the deployment of plainclothes personnel and special forces to monitor the smooth progress of the election process.

Since this Tuesday (23rd), the High Court and the District Court have received two suspicious letters from Taiwan containing pieces of meat. Lin Lin of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong in the electoral committee sector also received relevant letters.
