The idea of ​​the project came as a result of the young engineer’s passion for aromatic plants, including thyme, which grows abundantly in the mountainous environment to which he belongs in the Qadmous area in the countryside of Tartous. 2020 by experimenting with several requests, implementing mixtures and taking the opinion of acquaintances and relatives to develop them, until he recently moved to his own shop to sell his products of thyme in the Al-Qusour neighborhood in Baniyas.

The young engineer masters the profession and knows well the quantities to be added for each half kilogram, for example, of thyme, which needs certain quantities of roasted municipal sesame, peeled and ground municipal sumac, and ground thyme, and Syrian needle wild thyme. Grinding, screening and packing.

Ismail pointed to his participation in exhibitions specialized in the handicraft food industries in a number of governorates to display his products, which he achieves with great support from his mother, Rita Ali, who devoted a large part of her time to working with him, as she helps him in grinding and roasting the raw materials needed for the thyme industry, in addition to cleaning pots and other works within the shop.
