Pinoli Ice Cream - a Sicilian Italian ice cream chain in Israel - presents a new branch with an investment of over NIS 1 million.
"Good ice cream should be eaten all year round," says Andy Ram, a partner of Ofer Padida and Gilad Samowski in the Pinoli ice cream chain, which was first launched in Israel about a year ago.
"Part of the culture in Italy is eating ice cream, before and after the meal. It is not considered a dessert, but part of the meal itself, and so I see it here in Israel. We do not have a real winter in Israel, and Israelis like to eat ice cream all year round."
