At 4.30 a.m. on Sunday night, a 16-year-old moped rider did not necessarily expect a pedestrian of the same age on the street.
Curious: only the motorcyclist was injured in the collision near Lohkirchen.
Lohkirchen - As reported by the Erdingen police, a 16-year-old was after attending a private party with other people on the local road between Lohkirchen (community of Fraunberg) and the state road 2331 Erding-Berglern.
At first he was standing on the south side of the street and wanted to cross the street to the north.
In doing so, he overlooked the motorcyclist with his Yamaha, who was driving the local connecting road in the direction of Lohkirchen.
There was a collision and the driver fell.
Because his injuries were initially unclear, he was brought to a clinic in Munich for further examinations by rescue helicopter.
The pedestrian was uninjured and came to the Erding Clinic for a precautionary examination, from where he was released shortly afterwards.
The property damage is around 500 euros.
