The AFCD and the Hong Kong Diving Federation jointly organized the 10th Hong Kong Submarine Photo Contest. This year, more than 1,200 entries were received, which is the highest in history to explore the mysteries of the ocean. The Fisheries and Conservation Department stated that the entries fully demonstrate the beauty of Hong Kong.
