61-year-old Moussa Coulibaly was violently hit by a vehicle on November 1. The victim is still in a coma.

Three people were indicted and imprisoned this Saturday evening, after the accident, which occurred on the morning of November 1 in a street in Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint-Denis), in which a 61-year-old garbage collector was seriously injured .

That day, a Golf had violently collided with Moussa Coulibaly, who was in the back of the garbage truck.

Under the effect of the shock, it had been propelled into the air before being thrown inside the dumpster.

Almost a month after this terrible collision, the victim is still in a coma.

The three indicted persons were present at the time of the shock.

The driver of the vehicle, aged 29, was indicted for "unintentional injuries with ITT greater than three months, with two aggravating circumstances" and imprisoned, indicates the Bobigny prosecutor's office.

Two passengers in the car, 36 and 30, were indicted for "failing to assist a person in danger".

They also sleep in prison.

These challenges come after several weeks of an arduous investigation for the police officers of the Saint-Denis police station.

Several masked people had in particular burst into the pound where the offending vehicle was kept, in an attempt to hide the evidence of their presence on board.

On November 13, several dozen garbage collectors marched in the streets of Saint-Denis, in support of their injured colleague and his family.

They also denounced their working conditions and the assaults to which they are sometimes victims in the performance of their duties.
