After winning the gold medal last summer in Tokyo, Olympic medalist Artium Dologopiat won this morning (Sunday) a three-year sponsorship from the Danone PRO brand, which will accompany Artium all the way to success at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
Dolgofyat, who represents Israel in instrumental gymnastics, won the last Olympic Games held last summer in Tokyo in the gold medal in the ground exercise.
He has previously twice won the World Vice Champion title and the European Champion title.
Dolgofyat joins a team of athletes who are members of the Olympic and Paralympic staff of Israel, who have been sponsored by Danone PRO for about a year, which includes: Anastasia Gurbanko - swimmer, Diana Weissman - short distance runner, Marrow Teferi - marathon runner, Geffen Primo - judoka and Assaf Taekondo - board Paralympic.
As part of the sponsorship, the athletes receive a monthly grant totaling approximately NIS 600,000.
By the time of the Paris Olympics in 2024, the scope of sponsorship will reach NIS 2.4 million.
The 2020 Olympic Instrumental Gymnastics Champion concluded: "I am proud that Strauss, the leading food company in Israel, has chosen to support me on the way to the Paris Olympics in 2024 and I am very grateful for that. Very natural. "
