According to the declarations, those entering Israel from South Africa, Botswana, Malawi and Ethiopia will be required to stay in isolation.

This obligation will apply to those entering Israel from those countries, until a negative finding is obtained in a pcr test he performed upon entering the country, provided that he declares that he will hold the rest of the isolation period where no one else lives or resides, and if he does not declare until the end of the isolation period House insulation order;

The obligation to stay in isolation on behalf of the state will apply to anyone who enters Israel from the date of publication of the declaration until December 5.

Due to the restriction in the law that a declaration of five or more states will be approved by the Knesset Constitution Committee at least 48 hours before its entry into force, the current declaration is for four states only, while the declaration that includes the other states will be approved. These countries are proposed to restrict exit from Israel, foreigners will be banned from entering, and all returnees will be required for full isolation, including vaccinated and recovering, with increased isolation enforcement including stay in isolation on behalf of the state.

Restrictions on leaving Israel will apply to the following countries:

South Africa: Angola, Aswatini, Botswana, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Letosu, Mozambique, Malawi,


Namibia, Reunion.

Central Africa: Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Sao Tome and Principe, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Republic of Congo.

East Africa: Ethiopia, Uganda, Eritrea, Burundi, Djibouti, South Sudan, Tanzania, Madagascar, Kenya, Somalia,


Seychelles, Comoros, Mauritius, Rwanda.

West Africa: Burkina Faso, Benin, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Gambia, Ivory Coast, Togo, Cape Verde, Liberia, Mauritania, Mali, Nigeria, Niger, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Chad, Saint Helena.
