Features of Huizhi Building in Donghui Village: a ventilated porch about 10 stories high
According to the Housing Authority, Huizhi Building in Donghui Village won the "Winner" award in the "Sustainability" category by the Hong Kong Institute of Project Management in 2020.
As a resettlement housing estate in Meidong Village, Huizhi House in Donghui Village provides about 1,000 rental housing units. The current address of Huizhi House is Block 22, Phase 8 of Qiandong Tau Village. A primary school connected to it can be demolished. Keep it in the process and continue to attend classes as usual during the construction period.
In addition, a ventilated porch with a height of about 10 stories is designed on the lower level of the building, which can improve the visual and ventilation effects of the entire community, and also add architectural features to the local environment.

The Housing Authority continued that Haiying Village and Kaile Court were awarded the "Winner" award and "Project of the Year Award" in the "Construction/Engineering" category by the Hong Kong Institute of Project Management in 2019.
The original sites are Haiying Village and Kaile Garden reserved for the Changsha Bay non-staple food wholesale market, and they have become an inclusive community of more than 11,300 people.
The project is characterized by effective planning to deal with the constraints of the environment and the construction site, and to meet the requirements for phased completion, so that residents can move in as soon as possible.

Features of Anda Village and Antai Village: Use natural ventilation and natural light
