Today, the Turkish regime authorities arrested four people on the pretext of their association with the Turkish preacher Fethullah Gulen, whom the regime of Recep Tayyip Erdogan accuses of being behind the attempted coup in July 2016.
The Anadolu Agency, speaking on behalf of this regime, stated that four people were arrested in a prohibited military area in the state of Edirne, noting that upon verification of their identities, it was found that they were being pursued on charges of belonging to the Gülen organization.
Erdogan's regime continues its crackdown campaigns against its opponents in various Turkish cities and regions. Over the past years, thousands of civilians and soldiers have been arrested, in addition to dismissal or suspension of work against about 150 thousand workers in the government, the army, the judiciary, education and other institutions.
